Shipping Policy

At FPV Core, we provide global procurement services for professional FPV pilots and businesses. Because FPV equipment (especially lithium batteries and high-frequency radio gear) requires specialized handling, we offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your cost and speed requirements.
1. Our Shipping Strategy: Domestic & International
We offer two primary ways to receive your order:
Option A: Shipping to Your Freight Forwarder (Highly Recommended) For our B2B and international clients, we strongly recommend shipping your order to a professional freight forwarder (cargo agent) within our region.
Why? This is often the most cost-effective method for bulk orders. Professional forwarders can consolidate your goods and provide specialized channels for sensitive items like LiPo batteries at a lower rate than retail carriers.
Process: Simply provide your forwarder's warehouse address as the shipping address at checkout.
Option B: Direct International Shipping We can ship directly to your overseas address using Official Premium Channels (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Notice: While these channels are the most secure and reliable, please be aware that shipping costs for premium international carriers are significantly higher due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and battery safety regulations.
2. Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
Lithium batteries (LiPo/Li-ion) are classified as "Dangerous Goods."
Direct international shipping of batteries is subject to strict airline regulations and may incur additional surcharges.
If your order contains large quantities of batteries, we strongly suggest coordinating with a freight forwarder who specializes in battery logistics to ensure smooth customs clearance and lower costs.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
For bulk procurement or out-of-stock brand items, processing may take longer. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp/Email to provide a specific timeline for large-scale orders.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For B2B custom quotes, shipping costs will be finalized in your proforma invoice.
Domestic (to forwarder): 2-4 business days.
International (Direct): 5-12 business days (varies by destination).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FPV Core is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation to assist with the clearance process.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately so we can assist you with the manufacturer's claim process.
