OVERVIEW This website is operated by FPV Core. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FPV Core. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - B2B AND PROFESSIONAL USE
FPV Core is a one-stop procurement platform specializing in professional-grade FPV equipment. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
You possess the necessary technical knowledge to operate high-performance drone equipment.
The products purchased are intended for professional, educational, or lawful recreational use.
You are responsible for complying with your local aviation regulations (e.g., FAA in the US, EASA in Europe, etc.) and radio frequency laws.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
As a distributor of branded products (including but not limited to DJI, RadioMaster, Flywoo), we relay technical specifications directly from the original manufacturers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Technical specifications (KV, voltage, weight, etc.) are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND QUOTATIONS
For our B2B clients:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
For bulk orders, custom quotations provided via WhatsApp or email are valid for the period stated in the quote. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

SECTION 4 - B2B INQUIRY AND PROCUREMENT PROCESS
FPV Core operates primarily as an inquiry-based procurement partner.
Initiating an inquiry via WhatsApp or our contact forms does not constitute a binding contract until the order is confirmed and payment is processed.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)
FPV Core shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold. This includes, but is not limited to:
Drone crashes, loss of equipment, or property damage.
Personal injury resulting from the operation of high-speed drones or battery usage.
Data loss or legal penalties incurred by the user during flight operations. The user assumes all risks associated with the assembly and flight of FPV equipment.

SECTION 6 - MANUFACTURER WARRANTY LIAISON
Our role is to facilitate your procurement and protect your interests.
In the event of hardware failure due to manufacturing defects, FPV Core will act as your representative to file claims with the original manufacturer.
The final decision on warranty coverage (repair, replacement, or credit) rests with the original manufacturer. FPV Core will make every reasonable effort to secure a favorable outcome for our clients.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FPV Core is registered.
